Help with Financial Options which aren't working...

Here's a linkto thread in General Forum with initial Q&A.

The re-install did nothing to help.

Bottom line, Any option I select in F4 does not work:
Move Capitol
Raise Taxes
Issue War Bonds
Print Paper Money

The NM or VP are deducted when I select the option, but the corresponding $ or move of capitol does not occur.

Thoughts?
