Multiple exceptions and terminates game. I'm playing as admin. I also note that armies are not moving as they should.

It seems you have restarted the game as the main log has nothing. When you get an exception, quit the game as soon as possible and wrap up mainlog, current turn and backup1 in a zip. Thanks!
