With the new patch regions where I can build new units are very difficult to discern; in the public patch all was well but after upgrade I can't see where I can build units.

Mine's the same way. It is very hard to see.

I'm rolling back for next beta patch...

This is not a technical issue, if you want to provide a feedback for the public beta patch, please do it in its own thread
