I don't have anything solid, except that message means there is a pointer wrong, if I have it right.
Re-install from the start, I would say. Make sure your directory structure is OK on your machine to begin with, I would suggest - you just moved, right? Make sure the machine setup is what it's supposed to be. Then re-install; go slow and sure.
