CSA Flags Correction Mod 1.0

This mod tries to finally get all 3 CSA national flags & the battle flag correct into the game.
Although the game provides some alternative flags it does not have them for all, and it completely misses the Stainless Banner that was used from 1863 to 1865. Besides this the CSA battle flag was also not used at all by the game.
What you get with this mod:
Until April 1863 you get the "Stars and Bars" as flag for cities, regions & on the Scores & Objectives screen.
From May 1863 till February 1865 you get the "Stainless Banner" as flag for cities, regions & on the Scores & Objectives screen.
From March 1865 on you get the "Blood-Stained Banner" as flag for cities, regions & on the Scores & Objectives screen.
Throughout the whole game you get the CSA battle flag on your counters. The same flag is used on the regional decision markers on the map, may not seem appropriate but as most decisions are military nature or enforced by the military it seems ok.
