How do I define a new Area in CW2? I reference the Areas.ini file often, but my limited attempts to add to it don't do much more than lead to errors. I'm not sure what else I need to update. I'm trying to add kind of a mask over $WV and call it $Western_Virginia. I want to simulate before and after West Virginia statehood, but I don't think I can redefine the area of Virginia mid-game, and anyway it would be more time-intensive.
