Amphibious ability and Surpriser ability quick-mod

I do not know about other players, but I think amphibious ability is too powerful. That is why, I tweaked it a little bit, to lower naval landing penalty only for 20%.

Just find 8-_abi_nam_Amphibious.abi in your game folder and overwrite the old ability.

Similarly, find the LocalStrings_CW2.csv and overwrite it to see modified ability tooltip.

Since surpriser ability seldom works in the game, I tried to tweak it a bit as well. Just find 16-_abi_nam_Surpriser.abi in your game folder and overwrite the old ability.

It should appear more often. Now it never appears.

Sounds like a good idea. I would especially like to see the 'surpriser' trigger more often. If I change this for a PBEM game I am hosting does the other player also have to make this change to his files??
