Zoom Levels & Detail

I wanted to increade the zoom level in game so I could get a closer look at what's happening, everything feels far away on 1920x1080 resolution. I found an option in the Display.opt file to do just that.

The problem is everything becomes pixelated at anything further than 100 (zoom in level). But on the UI the stack images - units, leaders etc, is still much sharper while still being larger than those on the map, so it's possible for them to be displayed ok, I just don't know of there is a setting(s) to increase the resolution of images on the map when zoomed in beyond 100.

Has anyone managed to do this already? TEAW has the same issue, the default max zoom in level should be increased.
