When the Italian reinforcement options for the Frecce Nere and Frecce Azzurri appeared, I chose them. But it doesn't seem to be firing. With plenty of EP, I have chosen both for three turns running and nothing happens. The EP remain unspent and return to my pool. So far, all the other reinforcement options seemed to have worked....this is the first time I have had a problem. Is there a random chance of failure for these?
EDIT: ah, eventually Frecce Nere and Frecce Azzurri arrived - they do appear to arrive based on random chance...
