No models localization

I was just thinking to maybe copy and paste the wikipedia article for the leaders that have an entry to read alongside the game, and when I took a look inside the LocalStrings file I noticed that there seem to be descriptions for units (i.e. for example GC Infantry has "Guardia Civil" as its description) and also some generals (Miaja for example has a short description saying he was the "defender of Madrid").
However, in game for ALL units and generals I see only (..)
Is this a problem on my end and if yes how can I fix it?

Yes, only a few units have that info. Its a task that will be done... Someday.

No, that's not what I mean. I mean that no units have any localization at all, even though they have a localization entry in the file.
For example, there is this entry:

// *** Leaders Texts ***
ldr_txt_REP_Miaja Miaja, the defender of Madrid. Commander in chief of the Republican Army of the Center in February 1937. Commander in chief of the group of armies of the central region in 1938.Yet, in game I don't see this description for Miaja!

it seems a bug, i have the same. I have to check it and fix it.
