Shiloh Game Replacement Pool

In the Shiloh game, all my replacement chits show 0 at the top. I know elements are out there. Do the 0's just mean the Replacement Pool is irrelevant to the Shiloh game?

You got it. In the very short scenarios replacements rarely come into play.
