It has been pointed out in the Steam threads that there is a problem with Minnesota.
The game map has Minneapolis on the east bank of the Mississippi, and St. Paul on the west side.
I have been to both cities, and can personally confirm that when you are in St. Paul facing northwest, you see the river and Minneapolis off in the distance on higher ground. And it's been quite a few years, but I think the one time I was in Minneapolis I could see St. Paul in the distance to the southeast from the gardens outside the modern art museum (which is very good).
Minnesota is not an active theater of war, but reversing the positions of these two cities (towns in the 19th century) should be corrected.
