Hood's Division Missing Civil War 2

Thu May 11, 2017 8:59 pm

Hood's Division is missing in the Gettysburg campaign. Any changes to include said division would be highly appreciated, as the division fought hard in the campaign. Is there any way to add Hood's Division in an update or mod?

Thanks.

At Gettysburg, Hood was wounded while leading his division from an exploding shell, and Evander M. Law assumed command of his division. Is he in Longstreet's Corps perhaps? I think that's the reason Hood isn't in this scenario.

No, Hood's Division is simply missing from the scenario setup. Comparing with the Wikipedia CS OOB it's not present under a different name, but simply missing.

Yes Hood got wounded losing his arm at Gettysburg while trying to take Devil's Den. But his Division should still be in the game/scenario and he should be in command. Because he hasn't got wounded when the scenario has just started.

So in that sense the OOB for the CSA is wrong yes.
