I feel like there was some discussion of this a while back. Does an Army Stack MTSG to help a Corps under attack in a different region?

This states that an Army stack does MTSG for one of its Corps stacks.

yes, it even gets a bonus on the roll to decide if it takes place ... which should give a hint about army/corps organisation and deployment
