Replacements trouble

I'm having trouble buying replacements, specifically for regular infantry. I'm playing as the south and have plenty of money, manpower and war supplies. The game won't let me buy more than 2-4 per turn. last turn it was only 1. The same seems to apply for all the other troop types though sometimes to a lesser extent. At the start of the game I was able to buy 10 or more. Any Ideas?

Welcome to the forum Djembom1.
For me, I find replacement issues happen if I play a lot of turns without exiting, especially if you are not playing the game in administrative mode.
Try restarting, maybe even restarting your computer, and see if this fixes the issue.

There is a known bug where if you cancel a unit-build the replacement screen then becomes messed up, sometimes leading to crashes. Did you delete any builds?
Do you have auto-replacements set to On?
