Manassas event... ??

Since I have never played the Union side can some one please tell me what the Manassas event is?? I have this horrible feeling that I shouldn't have abandoned Manassas in my current PBEM game....

-10 NM loss to union if it dont push CSA out of manassas.

Don't worry, you gave up Manassas one turn after the event so I took -10 NM ;)
