I destroyed with a card (Raid of partisans, i don't know if it's the right translation, i play in french, it's logical with my bad english ) the depot of Memphis, i succeded, i had a message wrtiting that the depot is destroyed and i won one point of NM but the depot is still there. I tried a second time, succeded a second time and still have the same problem. In other cities, i destroyed depot without any problem (Mobile, Jackson, Vicksburg...).

The depot in Memphis TN is size 4. IIRC, you can only destroy a size 1 depot with those cards. Did the message perhaps state that you cannot destroy it?

The raid cards reduce the depot by one point per success, which is, incidentally, the only way to make depots over 1 destructible.
