Diplomatic/error messages

As Piemonte-Sardinia in late January 1858 I received these messages in attached pic.
I had just sent requests for Passage and Mutual Passage to the Papal States, Tuscany and Parma. Actually I take that back, as Parma agreed as well.
As can be seen Papal States and Parma agreed, and apparently the text strings/listings relates to Tuscany. Albeit supposition on my part.
My relations are 43 with Papal States; Parma is 71 and Tuscany 55.
Additionally I receive the first error text message every turn now: strWarStatusInc... not sure what that is.
Am I able to fix or correct these strings? Or can they put on the To-Do list?
