Still playing 1.03 (Patch_PON_latest) Grand Campaign as Austria in 'warmonger' mode and I think I've stumbled across a serious fault in the war mechanic. If I declare war on, say, Russia on one turn then offer peace on the following turn, I can claim every bordering province, verify my offer, and have them all awarded to me without a shot being fired.
It's an easy enough issue to avoid in gameplay - just don't do it - but I can't think that things are meant to go that way.
