Order.Getwar issue

Good evening all,

I have ran into another fun one- this one is while processing my turns. The AI is written for each country, then a popup box arrives saying "order.GetWar At least two wars between Spain Cuba". When I hit "OK", the game sits in the Master File stage for at least 75 minutes (that's the longest I've let it run), but every time does not move to the next turn.

After doing some more digging- I think it was related to the event evt_nam_SPA_CubanInsurrection1895, but it appears that Spain on the F9 screen is listed as being both at War and Full War with Cuba. Is there a way to script this out and keep just one of the wars on?

what I'd try is the 'settle white peace: All' to clear the wars (forget the exact syntax off the top of my head) and then reinstate the war you want with the appropriate diplomatic item?
