Scramble for Africa critical error

Hi,
I have just purchased PON and all the DLC's available for it. After installing them all, I believe I can see the DLC's when I select new game. However, for Scramble for Africa, I do not see a clear description text, but only something like "str1880SceDispName". When I select it, and click on try to load, all I am getting is a message box, telling me a critical error has occured, and PON will crash.
The other DLC's appears to be fine.
Any thought/suggestions to fix Scramble for Africa will be greatly appreciated.
