Rogue Leader MOD

I think it would be great to have an independent leader spring up and start his own rebellion somewhere. Someone has to think this is a good idea. The current scenarios are limited and a randomly placed leader with random skills would make the game more interesting and replayable.

You must not have all five expansion DLC/games. I am a huge AJE fan, playing usually two games at a time, and I have not yet learned best play for most of them.
Incidentally, such rogue characters do appear in several of these.
Bright idea for fun on your part, but the script to at least maintain some historical parameters, might be tough.
