Caesar's right hand man in Gaul and then his bitter enemy to the end of the civil war.

If you want to use
Place files in Graphics/Units/Unit Leaders and Graphics/Armies&Fleets/Army Leaders respectively, Go to Gamedata/models andcopy and paste Unit_ROM_Labenius.png into his 2 model files (1130ROMTitus Labienus and 1131PMPTitus Labienus) to replace existing portrait.
Lastly delete models cache from same folder.

If you want, you can test with that guy. :wavey:

It's Didius Julianus, the poor emperor against Septimius Severus...

You did not color him.

The source is from this right?

If PANGI wants to do Titus Labienus so he is colored like the rest of the leaders in the game, then i found the bust of Titus Labienus.

Only leaders with 3*** rank will have personal heads, that's a graphic design decision. Labienus is only 2**, so won't be needed (although we may make him a 3*** for future scenarios, so work is not lost)

This is great work, but please keep in mind to respect PANGI's work also in terms of size. The Eugene's head of Labienus is very nice, but a bit too 'large' (i.e. invasive, there is no room left in the oval around the figure)...if you compare it with all other heads in the game, it's at least 10% to large...reducing it prorportionally should work fine...

I started from the picture of the bust, this is the 'master' image I made when I collapsed the various layers I had made on GIMP.

I didnt know about the no ** stars rule which explains why there wasnt one made already.

Re the sizing for the UNIT picture I was trying to get his chin up above the name tag I started off smaller. i should have added the cloak to gain some height as I did later to the ARMY picture.
BTW I did steal the cloak from Franciscus :)

Gosh that recolouring is pretty - do we have any tutorials on how to do this with GIMP?

Well we could try and force PANGI to make a tutorial?

Small update to Labenius in case he will be of any use, I would imagine he would be a ** in the Gallic Wars.
Maybe a backup *** in the Civil War if Pompey etc get killed too early?

Yes, that would be a possibility indeed. Send me the files by email to pthibaut@ageod.net
