Rufus not Strabo?

It seems like Quintus Pompeius Rufus is in command of the Picenum legions in the 87BC campaign... shouldn't this be Strabo? At least Wikipedia assures me that Rufus died in 88BC after Strabo instigated a mutiny.

An Event, at the beginning of the scenario can give the command of the Strabo's legions to Pompeius Rufus. Historicaly, Rufu is killed when he came to take command by the mens of Strabo. It's a what'if : 50% Strabo keep his legions and kill Rufus, 50% Rufus take the command and Strabo is fired.

Ah, must have missed the event. Thanks! Why are the legions still locked if Rufus takes command, though? Game balance?

Yes, in fact. But, historicaly, it's not real. I think unlock the legions if Rufus take command. He's not a good commander, but loyal to the Senate he could renforce the optimates. And, he didn't die by a lightning like Strabo !
