In the Spartacus scenario I noticed that legions (or other units) to which a leader was attached retained the name of that leader even when he was gone. This seemed to happen when consuls or magisters got removed by event (yearly elections and such) Although seemingly minor I then found that these legions could afterwards not be reassigned a new leader. Methinks a bug?

After patch 1.02a this is still happening. It only seems to happen with consuls or leaders you get for a limited time through events or options. For instance in the Pyrrus scenario when you as Rome apply the dictator decision and then attach the new leaders to the new legions the legion will forever have the name of that leader and cannot get a new leader. Even when the leader is removed from play later on.
