Attach leaders

You cannot attach leaders to units, when playing many non-Roman factions (like Epirus). Is it a bug?

This confuses me, too; I'm so used to attaching leaders to units in the original Alae Jacta Est that I can only assume it's a bug in BoR.

with the new quickfix you can attach leaders now
