Battle report bug?

Hi there, I had a battle between a force of Numidians and a Roman Legion, the problem is that the battle report says that the Romans won and the detailed battle report says that the Numids won, is it a small cosmetic bug?

I have attached screens and can attach the save game if needed...

Sorry I just realized that the Numids are the Pompeian faction and there is no bug, I really should not post before I have had my morning coffee lol
