I took Rome (as Severus) during August 193, and after that I was proclaimed victorious. I guess it's because my national morale hit 180? Kinda defeats the whole purpose of the scenario if it can be won so fast.

Even though I have played a few more months? (after which I got yet another CTD, seems to be the DirectX burst call issue)

Now the same happened with the 4 Emperors scenario, I took Rome with the Vitellians, and then received the victory screen in the beginning of the next turn. This time my morale didn't even reach 180. Attached are all the contents of the Scripts-folder.

It happened in my PBEM that after Severus took Rome, turn 9, he was proclaimed victor. I think this scenario should be revised.
Reading the 5-Severus193.sct file, I have found these events, that I think should be reworked to allow more gaming experience. If not, Pescenius is almost impossible to win, and Clodius has a very tough race against Severus:

Playing Severus I won when I killed Didius und the Emperor in the east. After the fall of Antiochia I was declared winner without having beaten Albinus. Or is this, because Albinus was my Caesar?

And as Vespasian I was declared winner when I captured Rome after the jewish rebellion was smashed. I don't think this is wanted, is it?

In Severius Scenario, if the leaders of enemy faction are killed, you won. WAD, you become the sole Emperor of Rome.

In Year of 4 Emperors Scenario , if you take Rome, you should win. This short Scenario is a kind of race. so WAD.

As you see, these events just tell the player that if other faction Leader have died, you are the winner so WAD.

Only taking Rome should not lead to a Victory, I agree. Scenario would be revised.

Ah, thanks. I thought that those meant that the other factions were not in Rome. Glad to know you will revise the scenario. Good work, anyway, with the whole game.
