Invasion of Numidia

We're playing the shorter of the two First Punic War and my Carthaginian opponent has declared war on Numidia but can't actually enter their territory.
Complete set of saves etc attached.
Game is patched to the current beta.

There is in fact a bug in this scenario (the effects of the war declaration had wrongly only 10% chance to happen).
Sorry, will be fixed in the official patch
