CP problem

I don't know if this is a bug or I am just midunderstanding something..
anyway, here's my problem:
Why do I need 14 CP for this? (Apart from the fact, why does a mercenary hoplite spawn in Etruscan territory fort anyway? is that WAD?)
And when I have only the three garrison units without leader they have a command penalty even though it says they all 3 need 0 CP?

Without looking at the exact units, you have 3 different nationality units commanded by a general that isn't any of the other 3 nationalities. Units commanded by a leader without a multinational ability take 4 times the CP I think. And all unled units have a penalty. I haven't looked at AJE lately, but the tooltip says so in other games.

Are you using the 1.02a official patch ?

Yes. But this PBEM game has been started before 1.02a patch, I don't know which patch but I think it was a 1.02 beta patch.

I noticed a few other CP bugs additionally to the one mentioned, for example slave legions say they need 1 CP but actually need 4 CP... is this a known bug or only from my side?
And Pat, didn't read your post before.. I know this and it explains why I need so many for the mercenaries. This is more about the garrison units needing CP.
