I have recently downloaded the AJE demo, and everytime while I am playing the game, eventually the game freezes and it gives me this message
"DirectX to renderer invalid call(Burst Mode)" and then it asks me if I would like to terminate the application.
I know I need the save file logs, but I don't know exactly how to get them. Can somebody tell me where I go to do that?

Choose RUN from the START MENU and type DXDIAG. There you have option - save all info.

Actually I have also a problem with graphics. I tried to run demo to check the game and I got:
"Could not find any compatible Direct3d devices" - any idea what to do? Mass Effect 3 or L.A.Noire did not complain about my graphic card...

I believe you should install the retro-compatibility files from Microsoft, so that DirectX 9 is fully installed on your computer. Probably because you are in DirectX 11, so files are missing.

Ok, I have found a solution:
"Use REGEDIT and change the "SoftwareOnly" key from "1" to "0" in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Direct3D\Drivers and then reboot the system and it should work."

Your Video Card Dedicated Memory is quite low (128 MB) and does not meet minimum requirement for AJE.
You can try to reduce Texture size in your General.opt file ( AJE/Settings)
Change ;
TextureLevel = 3
in
TextureLevel = 1

If you are running the demo on a laptop, and have two video cards (buit-in from the motherboard + a dedicated one), make sure that you are using the dedicated one. By default my laptop was using the built-in one, which caused the game to crash before the main menu.
