regional Decisions

I have a problem.
On having clicked Statue to see regional Decisions something it goes out to and look since me the image remains:
The attachment aje.png is no longer available
Any help?

What is your screen resolution and video card ?

A 800x600 No funciona
Screen resolution/Resolucion de pantalla :
a 1024x768 No funciona
a 1280x720 No funciona
a 1280x768 No funciona
a 1360x768 No funciona
Tarjeta/video card: Nvidia Gforce 8500 gt
