Impedimenta appearing in the countryside...not a critical issue...but....

Hi all. First I love this game...very addictive! 
Anyway...I have noted in the Great Mithridatic War, during some turns the AI would build a few impedimenta (supply units) that would appear out in the countryside with no supporting troops of course to defend them. I remember that was an issue that happened sometimes in ACW...
I will try and save the file the next time this issue pops up....
