"Next Turn" button does nothing.

Maybe I'm missing something really basic, but I cannot get the "Next Turn" button to work. I've tried the tutorial and some scenarios, and clicking the button does nothing. Help?

Edit: oh - do I have to wait for the game to unlock on the 19th? Yeah - now I feel stupid. Move along, move along...
