Elephants and Reverse

Are elephant units "safe" to use in AJE? Or can they panic and attack their own side with devastating impact as they did in the battle of Zama?

Last but not least, do they have any special effects or traits that make them worth the cost?

As it stands, I only buy elephants if they're the last land unit in the pool and I'm flush with cash. Not to mention maintaining them is soooo expensive; one replacement chit costs the same as a supply wagon.

Elephants are safe to use, no ''Zama Ability''

Elephants have a low cohesion value but high assault/DamageDone values and First Shock coefficient.
In addition they can charge and disrupt, very few elements can do so in AJE.

To summarize they are very powerful but the low cohesion is their weakness.

Hey Bohemond, good to see you posting in this section again!

Wondered if you saw this thread: viewtopic.php?f=306&t=51960

Any ideas of what might be causing it, how to fix it?
