Historical mistake

I have noted, in the "Marius against Sulla" scenario, that Cinna (Populares general) die in 85 BC, but I know he, in reality, died in 84 BC, killed by his troops. I think you should fix this small mistake ;) .

Good point...but in terms of gamplay, that should only occur if the Populares are losing IMHO :)

The death of Cinna is not necessarily in 85.

The event (dependent of POP faction controlling still Rome), has only a 20% chance of happening each month starting on July 85. So, the odds each month (4:1) are really in favour of Cinna NOT dying at all in 85 (or never)... :)

On the other hand I disagree that this should only happen if POP are losing. Although perhaps more historically correct, in terms of gameplay if POP player is losing (in this case, lost Rome), the loss of Cinna would represent another blow to make it harder to recover...
