While I was playing the Caesar's Revenge Scenario as the Parthians, several of my stacks would: unlock, lock, unlock, etc. Other than that I haven't noticed anything wrong and commend the team on their work. PS I've never uploaded a turn before, so hopefully I did it right.

Maybe you were playing with the hardest activation option enabled?? (the rightmost box checked on the options menu).
In this case is normal that inactive leaders stacks get locked sometimes and that you see multiple messages on the log about units locking and unlocking.

If Arsan's sugestion - check if your Activation rule (in Options -> Game) is not at the rightmost box) - does not solve the issue, please indicate specifically which stack in your save has this behavior.

Thank you guys for the welcome, I've been a long time lurker on ageod, wasn't until AJE that I made the jump into the system. To your suggestions, you guys are correct, that was the case. I'm still a bit green, but I hope to master it over time.
