Was there the chance to address unlocking the Egyptian forces when attacked? See:
http://www.ageod-forum.com/showthread.php?29756-What-Event-Unlocks-Egyptian-%28Lagides%29-Forces
If not, could this be added to a future patch? Thanks for the new patch.

Hi

That issue escaped our attention, sorry...will check and discuss with the team, will hopefully be adressed in next patch...

PS: Our support for this game is far from over, by the way. Our plans are to release a new patch (1.03 ?) to prepare the game for a simultaneous release of the Parthian Wars expansion (no set date, for sure never before the release of American Civil War2), and we will try, as always, to correct and improve the base game according to reported issues and sugestions from you guys.

Regards

I have just started a pbem game as Pompey and my opponent asked me if my forces no longer have Command Costs. Apparently the Caesarian forces no longer have the cost while Pompey's do. Is this intentional or a bug?

How odd, I tried and started a test game and the Caesarian do require command points...

I too tested and confirm that Caesar's forces require command points (preexisting or new ones):

Are both you and your opponent patched to 1.02b ?

If somehow you confirm your report, please send a save for us to inspect

As I have said above, me and my esteemed pbem partner have tested our ongoing pbem games and we have both started a new CvP game on separate computers and the command point system is working fine on both, we are both on 1.02b...

Hey Franciscus, I know AACW 2 is the priority at the moment, any rough ETA on the regnum Parthia expansion, will it be later in the year?

Hi, Highland

We hope to release it in October or November.

Main problem now is lack of manpower - also of betas, BTW ;)

Thanks for the replies guys. I also started a new game and chose Caesar and the Command Costs are present so it must be something on my opponent's end. He does have BOR while I don't so maybe he mistakenly applied the BOR 1.02b patch to AJE. As far as I know they are in separate folders when both are owned so the patch isn't universal for both games? I asked him to double check to make sure he got the AJE 1.02b patch and not the BOR 1.02b patch instead. If we can't sort it out I will ask him to send a save of his file. Thanks for the help.

Highlandcharge; this is Dave by the way. :hat:

If your oponent has both BOR and AJE patched with respective official 1.02b patches, there should be no problems, even if he plays Caesar vs Pompey via BOR.

Let me know

Hi Dave my esteemed Prussian enemy :)

I play all my pbem AJE games through BOR, there is no switching between games and hence no waiting for loading the separate games, I have noticed no ill effects from doing this...

Franciscus I have taken the hint and will do a bit of beta testing of the scenarios :)

Thanks Highlandcharge

But maybe wait a few days, I will try to prepare an updated beta for PAR. The current one may mess with your game installation

Does this new patch actually update the Spartacus scenario? When I do a fresh game installation (from the Pre-Order version I bought before AJE was released) and apply 1.02b, all of the scenarios are updated with a June 2013 date, but Spartacus remains at September of 2012.

DLCs scenario are never updated by patches, because that would break them for future or past purchasers. So that is normal that you see the older date for it.

Thanks! But I thought the patch text mentioned a Spartacus fix.
