Army Camps

Playing as Severus, & are in the process of re-taking some army camps that were lost to Clodius. When I re-take them they disappear, but when he took them they stayed & changed color to his side. Am I doing some wrong or do I have to make new & if so how?

Iron Duke - I usually offer a best guess instead of a definitive statement, but this is my understanding of how this happens.
You are not doing anything wrong. Most often, you can capture a camp as any faction; however, whoever next captures the camp destroys it. This is not faction specific, but kind of a one, two, three and you are out.

OK, could I trouble to ask how to build them, I can easily build a supply camp, but no option for a fort....

To build a fort (castrum) you must open the Regional Decision cards, select Castrum then you can build a fort in a region that you own and where is present at least 1 unit.
