I have modded the game including Argentina and Mexico, but this two countries have 0 level of prestige. Is it possible to change this level. Which file is moddable for changing prestige level?

It is in the 1850GC.scn under the faction. Compare with other countries, like UK or France and you'll find it. I have no time now to tell you exactly where it is, but it should be quite easy to find.

You can follow the steps to play almost any country with "my" mod PON-PAN.
Argentina is having this faction number: 1000043. You need to modify the file:

VGN/Scens/1850GC.scn

using a text editor.

Search for: 1000043
three times until you find something like this:

By the way, the prestige issue is more difficult than I thought. I'll continue researching how to change it. But you can play with Argentina!

It should be 300 prestige points, but I am not able to activate it because of the NULL... Removing it causes crash to desktop. Further investigation is required.

There is another way.

Go into the scripts and edit script1850grc.ini

Down near the end are sections setting the victory conditions, there isn't one for Argentina. Find one for a suitably similar nation and copy it (every thing from the selectfaction to the autoraiseon inclusive) and change the objectives to somewhere suitable and the faction to $ARG.

Any other changes you have made to the .scn should also be done here - such as removing the SetFacUnselect = 1 from any faction you want to be playable such as Argentina.

now copy the script1850grc.ini to script.ini and start PON and while it is loading press F9 the text in the top right should change to edit mode on. When it finishes loading you should be at the map. Press the save button and exit. This has rebuilt the .scn file from the .ini. Now when you start a new campaign as Argentina it should have the correct prestige.

If you want to be more advanced you could create a new scenario - instead of editing the script1850grc.ini copy it to something else, and edit it as above but also change the scenName in the first line.
Then copy it to script.ini and build the .scn as above. You will also need to go into the events folder and copy the 1850 GC.sct file to correspond to the name you gave your scenario.

Sorry, but your Argentina example is not correct. The line works in two number pattern. Example: |10|100| represents the National Will of 100 if it said |10|85| then the National Will would be 85. |0|300| represents Money of 300. Presetige is |7|, so prestige of |7|300| would be a prestige of 300. If the number is not present it defaults to 0.

So, other commonly used numbers are: |1| is Private Capitol your Argentine example has 300, |15| is diplomats (3 above), |11| is conscript (100 shown above), |16| is officers (30 shown above), |4| is supply (10 shown above), and |5| is ammo. NOTE: Order does not appear to matter, though usually |10| is listed first.

Thank you very much. So changing the 0 to 7 I guess would activate the prestige. I'll check that later.

It would but your Money would default to 0. It is better to just edit the line like this: |10|100|0|300|1|300||6|0|7|300|15|3|11|100|16|30|....

The above line is National Will 100, Money 300, Private Capitol 300, (I forget what 6 is), 300 Pristige, 3 Diplomats, 100 Soldiers, and 30 Officers.
