RUS Latest database in excel

Here is the latest version, available to all players. A must have for serious modding, or just for a sneak peak on some data/events.

Yeah. All the xls files relative to AI events aren't included.
AS I've said before you should remove them from the official version for gameplay reasons. If not, it would be useful maybe to include them in the official database. They are largely amendable, so it could incite some modders to work on, as they haven't been modified since December 2010.
