Are there any prinouts on the tutorials - something the game manual?

New to the game, and I find the scripting of Tutorials to small.

Sorry no, tutorials are not printed or in PDF. What I would advise, once you have done the tutorials is either to redo them once or start with a very small scenario, like ice March

His issue is that they are too small, I think.

Download the "RUS Database".
Inside, go in the folder STRINGS and open LocalStrings_RUS_patch1.06a.
In the first tab, the tutorial texts can be found line 1106 to 1120 (first tutorial), then line 1142 to line 1157, then line 1184 to line 1204. Each column is a different language.

Also, the Finnish Civil War as the Finns is a much easier scenario for a beginner than Ice March in my opinion
