In my current PBEM i think i have a problem

I only have infantry replacement in the panel, no artillery or cavalry for example
Is this WAD or not ?

Look at the model of your units. For this sub-faction
there is some unit models that are Southern White models, so you should have replacements for it on the panel after selecting this other faction in the replacement panel.
