An invincible battery bug?

I think that what just happened in my game is a bug. A short description:
1)I begin a fight, I have around 70000 against 30000 or something
2)after 2 -3 days the enemy is eliminated... except 1 unit of 16 men, 1 cannon and some horses.
3) this superior force appears to be invincible: every day it holds for all 6 rounds, I receive a "defeated" message, after each battle every men of heroic 16 is dead, but next day they are (buy some miracle) alive and fighting, and so they holds for more than 10 days against 60000-strong army :blink: . I'm almost sure this is a bug. The question is - do you need me to provide some files from my game for a "treatment"?

You have to remove your RUZ mod.
Revolution Under Zombies :neener: , to be fashion style since some years.
(I don't know about the bug, I no longer have my computer for some weeks)

The save and the last 2 backup saves are in the file attached. If you need ealier backups I can add them. Thank you.
P.S. As far as I remember it is not the first case of invinsible support unit- in my (now deleted) Sib campaing I met something similar.

I just ran into this bug again as well. Were you playing with the latest quick fix? I think they fixed this in 1.06a but it was reintroduced in one of the quickfixes. I'm playing qwikfix3.
