Since the icons are too small, I made this improvement which makes it easier to see what's what without having to use the tooltip. The following 2 images speak 2000 words:

How to install:
Unzip the files from the attached "RUS-Graphics-FrontEnd-Top Left Panel-Assets.rar" into the folder indicated by the archive name.

They should be bigger yes, but I don't think they are so small (even on my small pitched monitor).
However, your files can be used as the 3 first icons (Morale-VP-EP) are not very explicit:
I would have given the EP icon for Morale, Morale one for VP, and VP one for EP (Icon files 10, 7, 17 to be renamed 7, 17, 10).
