Minor quicks with the Ice March scenario

- The text of the "Independance" (in English) has two mistakes :
x November is poorly written ("Nowmebre" or something like that)
x Finland is spelled the French way "Finlande". It shouldn't.

- You get to appoint a new Northern White General by Mars 1918. I don't think I have any use for him...

- Incident of Chelyabinsk :

Text says "The Bolshevik governement Bolchévique".

- "Our counrty is free" => Either the title is wrong, or Mannerheim speaks poor English.
