Upper Donets, Bosporus

In my current game I cannot send ships to
Upper Donets.
Therefore it's not possible to use river transport to Kharkov - although all the surrounding regions are free.
Another question, is the
Bosporus every opened? Otherwise how can I use the French troops in Greece??

At least before the current patch the Boporus opened with war's end (WWI)...

but the upper donetsk must be an error in the scripts, right.

As far as the message tells, it speaks of a "scenario", therefore it means a Blockstate # of 2 has been place by mistake in that river area

That would make sense. The blockstate probably wasn't removed when the Ukraine became playable...

So, has a Republic of Upper Donetsk River formed or is it just a script error?
