Special Orders

At the best of times, whether or not many special orders are made is graphically unclear and you have to reverse an order to check the status.
It also seems that the game cancels orders at the end of or even during a turn. Often units with an order to enter a structure do not. This is disasterous in areas of attrition.
Often during aturn I return to a unit which I know I have just ordered to do something only to find the order cancelled.

And here's a concrete example with files attached.
1st Army in Moscow is in attack posture and set for all out attack and sortie from Moscow to break Moscow siege. Leader is active and unlocked.
Next turn, no attack has been made and 1st Army is set to defend.
The sortie command does not work.
Secondly, I notice, and this is easily repeatable, that if you order a unit to enter a structure then put it in passive posture, this will cancel the order to enter the structure. Really annoying.

You have to plan a move outside the region for an attacking stack. You may plan a move outside then by pressing the shift key plan the stack to come back to the region. Cumbersome but working for now, waiting a fix for this big bug
