strategic map mode and fog of war

In the new strategic map mode I can see Reds unit type and numbers far away unexplored areas with tootips if I hover mouse in dots. In normal map mode I can not see as there is FOW.

This is strange, because we had, of course, tested this feature.

It is minor issue but In strategic map I can see the red forces in Vladikavkaz but on normal map mode I can not.

I have military control in Molgobek.

Edit: Actually there are more forces in Grozni unlike the strategic map showing 2 regulars. But in Vladikavkaz there are 2 regular garrison(which is true when game loaded from red side) as shown in strategic map mode but not in normal map mode.
The detection rating also get help from "Kazbak"(can not entered in scenario) south of Vladikavkaz. So it is more accurate. But this info does now show in game map only in strategic map.
