RUS - Game constantly crashes

This game would be an incredibly good game if only it would stop constantly crashing within a few turns for absolutely no reason. I do not think there is a solitary issue with the game, there are probably many problems. It has said to post the logs on this forum; I have the 1.04 update and would really like to be able to play...

For Windows 7 users, always run as an admin.
Start with a right click and select run as admin or go to properties and tell it to always run as admin.
If this is not the issue, tell your system.
